Adam Kavanagh – Head Chef
Originally from Dublin, Adam has spent the last 10 years working in many different style kitchens in Ireland and around the world.
“We have some of the best produce on the planet here in Ireland, not to mention a hospitality culture that is second to none. I am delighted to be back home and to be a part of showcasing what Ireland has to offer”.
